This is Drifting Shmifting 3: Dirty Work. It's a (VERY) work-in-progress rally-racing game. So far it's only a free-roam mode.

I spent a long time on this but it still isn't what I want it to be. Luckily, I have the luxury of UPDATES this time around!!! Yes, you heard that, I won't abandon this one!
